I think my work began long before I had words for it. Maybe in Pau, in the back of my father's white Renault Trafic, driving to Bordeaux because we could not find basketball shoes big enough for me at home. On those roads, we talked. We dreamed. We rebuilt the world. My father was an idealist. He hated injustice. He wanted to be part of change. And one day, he lost his dream.

I think a part of my life has been an answer to that loss. To create spaces where people do not lose the light. To help young people, teams, educators, and leaders remember that another future is possible.

To engineer hope.

I am an educator, facilitator, speaker, and founder of BANTU Sport Leadership. My work lives at the intersection of Ubuntu philosophy, sport, education, relational intelligence, and human transformation. I have worked across countries, classrooms, communities, clubs, and institutions. But the question has remained the same: How do we create spaces where people can become more fully themselves, together?

BASKETBALL

The game taught me about pressure, dreams, and belonging.

MY FATHER AND THE QUESTION OF HOPE

A dreamer who lost his dream. This loss shaped everything. It planted a question: How do we keep hope alive?

TEACHING AND THE CLASSROOM Real learning happens when students feel seen. The subject is the excuse. The person is the center.

UBUNTU AND FAIRE HUMANITÉ ENSEMBLE The philosophy that changed how I name the work: making humanity together.

BANTU SPORT LEADERSHIP Applying Ubuntu directly under the pressure of elite sport. Proof that humanity can coexist with excellence.

Some of the places this work has taken me.

REACH

Nine countries across four continents. The question about humanity has remained the same everywhere.

The work is simple to name, but difficult to practice.

Slow down. See the person. Listen to the story. Create the space. Move together. Build meaning. Let performance follow from humanity. This is not soft work. It asks for courage. It asks for presence. It asks us to become responsible for what exists between us.

If you are here, something in the work is already speaking to you.
