Facing a demanding EuroLeague week, Tango Bourges Basket was integrating new players and continuing to build a shared identity. Across three days, I created a sequence of focused spaces for players and staff to slow down, reconnect, and name what they wanted to hold together under pressure. The purpose was not to change the tactics. It was to strengthen the quality of the relationships carrying them.
